You’re Brisbane based, but do you service any other areas in Australia?
Absolutely! No matter where you are in Australia, we’re happy to work on your next project with you.
Are you able to make something similar to what is in this picture/photo?
Yes, we can. As long as we can add or alter a few features in order not to breach any copyright laws then yes, we can.
Can you make what is in the picture, fit the area I’m wanting furnished?
Yes. We can measure up the area in question and manufacture the style you like to fit it.
Can you create a unique piece of functional furniture to enhance this space?
Absolutely. We love creating new furniture solution for any event or premises. We have access to a vast variety of fabrics and materials. Our talented welders love a challenge and trying new ideas.
Can we supply the material for the item we are wanting made?
Yes of course. We’ve had many clients bring in timber sleepers or logs, that we have milled down and made into a table top. We can also make frames for the table tops to sit on. Our clients also bring in material they want to use on stool tops or booth seating.
Can you just make the base/frame and we will supply the top/upholstery?
Yes! We are happy to do as little or as much as you need for your project. We often manufacture components for furniture, from couch legs to strike plates for doors or just upholstered stool tops for existing frames.
What is your lead times?
Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks. We are flexible in this area depending on the size of the job and availability of materials.
Do you deliver and install?
We do deliver to Brisbane and surrounding areas at a cost of $88. We also install, but the cost does depend on the difficulty and access time of the job. For example: A lot of CBD installs are done after hours, and can go into the early morning, so additional costings apply.
We can arrange interstate deliveries, or if you prefer, you can organise the delivery yourself. Price would vary from job to job.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture?
Yes! All welded components have a 10 year warranty. A 2 year warranty is offered on all other components as long as the item is used for what it is intended for.
Can you repair/re-weld/reupholster furniture?
Yes, we can. With many of our ongoing hospitality clientele we do upkeep and maintenance on their stools and chairs. Whether it’s re-welding a rung on a stool or reupholstering a stool top because of a rip, to supplying stool feet stoppers. We are happy to mend whatever is required.
